Unfaithful, careless, dishonest I've done pest control with this guys in Feb'25. Pest reappeared in December. When called again, they keep me waiting in call for 15 days and now not lifting 🙂 Another thing happened during Feb visit, wallet with ₹7k disappeared from draw, which also has my original driving licence, original RC of my vehicles, if I've to get original which will cost me another ₹7k. Think twice before calling these people.

Worst experience with these people.. they informed me that they will give service for termites and now if there is an issue with door they are saying some other pest and asking us to pay extra amount for their services. These people are deceiving us and giving wrong information by saying they will service for termites only. Service is guaranteed foe 5 years but, with in 1 year we are facing issues with pests Charging heavily and not giving proper response. Very bad response from their end.

Worst possible experience anyone could have. Pest control was done as per the booked time, but after couple of weeks we started seeing cockroaches again, Srinivas (owner, I think) asked us to wait for couple more weeks and see as it usually takes sometime to be fully effective. I waited for 2 more weeks than what's asked for, but there was no improvement. So I called him, he said he was going to send someone soon, I kept getting the same answer everytime I called. Now, it's 3 months past, he doesn't even call back, all this while I was the one calling him. Pathetic customer service, not at all trustworthy. Might delete this review too, I wonder how they have all 5 star reviews with the kind of service they provide and if they're geniune.

We took termite control treatment for our house. Srinivas Garu explained us the treatment process. His team provided very good service and completed the pest treatment very neatly and in an organised way. As informed to us, the treatment was odour free and clean. I had severe problem with cockroaches, they did a thorough job getting rid of cockroaches and their eggs. Recently I had termite issues. Srinivas and his team did a complete eradication of termite infestation in my house. Gave me a 5 year guarantee. I trust them. They know their job, they are professional and always on time.
