Got the pest control done in Dec. Lasted only twenty minutes for a 3 bhk. And zero difference in number of cockroaches. Also much more expensive than other options

I had got the bird netting done to get rid of pigeon in my building compound, very good experience with HiCare Services. Whole work was done professionally and very good quality … thanks and keep up the good work. Esp mention of Hiren. He is very good and prompt.

I booked them for bedbugs service. They said that they will first do inspection and post that will decide about the service. The person who did inspection had wrong judgement about the issue because of which the service booking got delayed. They do 2 services in gap of 15 days. The first one was done poorly and reduction in bedbugs was merely 50%. They delayed the second service by a week which lead to further increase in bedbugs. They were unresponsive and gave excuses like unavailability of people and switched off their phones! The main office had absolutely no idea on what is going on. The company is pathetic and unprofessional, do not get service from them!

While they are great for their cockroach solution and I am using that since 10 years and I am very satisfied , So i decided to take their Automos machine service for mosquitos 1. You have to prepay 2. After placing order it takes more than 15 days for machine to arrive 3. you have to fix machine on your own , which is fine if instructions are clear , it is not the case at all 4. When we were fixing the machine( 2 machines I purchased ) we realised the nozzle for dispensing is missing , now this is not at all clear in the instructions on where the nozzle goes , I did google search to figure out and that’s when we realised they have missed giving it to us 5. Then i raised a complaint , they confirmed it will be dispatched , took another 15 days for the nozzle to arrive and only 1 arrived , we are still waiting for the 2nd one 6. I still don’t know if it is an effective mosquito replant machine because we have not been to start getting its benefit yet

When you call them for a service they will immediately take your money to supposedly book a slot. Then I was told my service was not confirmed because they're merging with some other company. After multiple calls, ive asked them to cancel and refund my money but I'm still waiting for the same to get through. Please be careful with this company.

I can't understand what kind of service standards your company has. For sales one gets a dedicated personnel to help make the advance payment but no response at all once that is done. On customer care it's always unable to connect to any person, on WhatsApp there is no response. Kindly favour me by refunding back my Rs. 5000 paid at the earliest or I will have to put this through to consumer court.

Worst service support and they are not committed to service, their priority is enrollment of new services. My AMC start date is 07 dec 2024 till.date they are not visiting.or further communication regarding visit,No call... No recommended those seeking prove service as well as commitment to customer.
