Absolutely and utterly bad service. They charged 3500inr and within month cockroaches appeared. They are least bothered and told it was for 1 time contract and they are not at all responsible. Very rude behaviour.

They have 0 service and customer support. Product is great if you manage to get a service visit.

I had to follow up multiple times after the payment to even get the first service. The service was not delivered even after a 15 days. I tried calling up the customer service number many times, but they always say they will get back in 15 mins and never call back. We cancelled our plans to be at home for the pest control service, but they cancelled, and did not bother to inform us. Pathetic service. On top of it, they try to sell you more upgrades when they did not even deliver the basic service for which we have paid !!

They took 6000 rs from me for annual subscription and after one service the pest we're still visible. Have been following up for one month and still no one has come or replied towards my complaint. They keep saying you will recieve a call. This is a trap. Pls don't buy the AMC.

These individuals lack proper after-sales service. Once the initial service is completed and payment is received, they fail to provide support. Despite claiming a 1 or 2-year warranty, they are unresponsive when you attempt to lodge a complaint

Very bad customer service. They don't care after receiving money
