recently used this relocation service for a local move of my 3-bedroom house on 3rd December . The overall experience was highly positive. The crew arrived punctually and were highly efficient, polite, and respectful throughout the day. They took excellent care with my fragile artwork and antique wooden furniture, ensuring everything was wrapped thoroughly and arrived without damage. Last Month I booked a relocation service (Bangalore to Pune) from Hindustan Relocation Packers And Movers. My requirement was, Household should be picked up on 26th Of Dec 2024 and it should reach in Pune next day 27th Dec 2024 by 5 PM. The packing should start at early morning 6:30 AM and truck should move before 12 PM afternoon. Here is the reason why I selected Hindustan P&M: 1) First of all lowest price among all 7 quotation. 2) Clear communication about charges and no hidden charges. They took the same amount what they mentioned on first meeting. 3) Delivered all the requirement as they committed. 4) This was 6th time relocation of my household and these guys completed within 4 hours. In the past it took almost 7 hours. 5) Packing was soo good hence not even a single piece damaged. 6) Next day truck reached around 4:30 PM and time was given to reach at 5 so well before the time. 7) Professional, polite and Trusted people. 8) Until my household reaches they were constantly communicating and driver was updating exact location of his truck. 9) Unloading and fixing the household done in 2 hours and it was really hassle free. I really thankful to Sharma ji (the sales person) and his team for this relocation. I would recommend to go with them as I feel these guys were the best.

DO NOT CHOOSE THEIR SERVICES. I had a terrible experience. Worst moving company. Very unprofessional. No sense of procedure or customer value. They will speak to you kindly at first, and then flip over to being rude and inconsiderate once they have your things. I was told that it would cost me ₹1200/box. The employees came home, took 3 boxes. The employees kept asking me to add more things since "the boxes had space". They made me pay ₹700 and told me I can pay the rest once it gets delivered. Two days after, I got a call saying each box weighs more than 10kgs so I will have to pay double the amount. This was never communicated to me. So I argued back saying their employees had only asked me to add more weight, and they should have told me this earlier so I could have planned the weighing better or had them weigh it in my house before leaving. They also told me that the ₹700 I paid was an "additional government cost". Now when I refused to pay the extra amount because of this confusion, they told me they will return the boxes to me by sending me the godown address and asking me to come pick them up. Eventually I had to pay the asked price, as I couldn’t delay my move.

Their professionalism really stood out throughout the process. Though I didn’t catch everyone’s name, I’d especially like to mention Pankaj and his team — they were courteous, respectful, and made the shifting experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and professional movers!
