I am extremely disappointed with the service. I had clearly informed them that I would be out of town and requested that my clothes be delivered on time. Despite this, the delivery was missed with no communication or update from their side. Even after following up, the response has been slow and careless. This shows a serious lack of responsibility and professionalism. If this is how you handle customer requests and timelines, it reflects very poorly on your service!

Had a horrible experience here. These guys are totally unprofessional in the way they handle their customers, I literally had to run around without any clarity for my clothes as they failed to deliver them on time as I had a flight to catch. And on the cleaning part I must say I am totally disappointed there too, as I didn’t even find the clothes cleaned properly as the stains remained as it is. I wouldn’t recommend anyone availing their service.

Terrible experience. Do not give clothes if you need them by a particular day. I gave 1 dress for the wedding, it wasn't even washed after days. It was in a pile of dirty clothes, and it's a very light colour tussar silk kurta. It got more dirty at their shop with extra sindoor marks from the dirty clothes pile. I had to get it back, like that. They have no competition, and there may be too many orders, so service is really bad. The manager in the shop lied and said it's washed after the discovery from the pile of dirty clothes, even though it was as dirty as when it was given. The attendant in the shop was honest and said, it's not washed. I'm not sure what would be an appropriate punishment for such things.

Arrogant, delay in delivery. Rude behavior. Tumble dry is far better than them.

Its the worst. Please dont give your clothes. Twice they have lost my clothes. And have no regret as well and take no responsibility at all searching also. Lost my 2 costly shirts. All the clothes will be just thrown together of random people and nobody bothers to look for the lost clothes.too too bad. Tumble dry is much much better

Worst customer experience and not worth even a single star, horrible behavior to the customer and I don’t know what kind of detergent they use, my clothes are faded. Don’t ever give your clothes especially if you're from another state, they mistreat you. They can’t even give a carry bag plus they have not even dropped the clothes even if the value is above 500 also and the distance is under 5 km.

Good but not best. I give a blanket and one shirt and jeans to them for dry cleaning. I am quite satisfied with the blanket and the shirt but I am not satisfied with the jeans. The jeans were not washed properly. Overall a good service and good behavior by the stuff.
