The laborers delivered an extremely disappointing result, which made us cleaning the apartment ourselves the very next day. We had to constantly instruct them on what to do, which was frustrating. The head of the laborers had assured us that the apartment would be spotless, claiming there wouldn’t be a speck of dust left and that it would feel as if he were preparing his own home. He even promised that we could move in the very next day. However, as mentioned, they failed to deliver on their promises. Given our experience, I would not recommend this company for home cleaning. If I could, I would give them a rating of 0 (zero) Editing my comment based on your reply: First of all, there was no pressure from our side. We didn’t say a word to them initially. However, when we saw that they were not delivering results especially after a considerable amount of time, we had no choice but to ask them to do everything because they left us with no other option. So, don’t blame this on us. Secondly, my point is simple Don’t make promises you can’t keep. I appreciate the sarcasm about the rating system, but let me be clear if a zero-star rating were an option, I would have given that instead. Unfortunately, since that’s not available, I had no choice but to give one star. It’s disappointing that I even had to give that much

An excellent experience. Extremely professional, very polite and can do attitude. The owner has a good understanding of what being truly customer centric means and employs staff which is hard working and competent along with his own personal attention and touch. Highly recommend.

Good as they are providing free visit, I booked for my newly build house with lots of stubborn stain, took 3 days to clean it completely. The owner is polite and corporative but the workers need guidance and complete supervision. Can be improved by having a team of properly trained workers. Overall, satisfied with the cleaning.
