Their standard agreement runs for six months and includes three free replacements during this period. Once the six months are completed, any further replacement requires an additional payment, which significantly increases the overall cost for the client.​ The major concern is the way this policy is allegedly exploited. They appear to influence or manipulate the staff placed at your premises so that the person leaves around the six-month mark, often with false reasons, and returns to the agency. This allows them to charge the client again for a new placement, turning the arrangement into a money-making cycle rather than a genuine service relationship. This pattern feels intentional and highly unethical.​ Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing, and this agency cannot be recommended. Anyone considering their services should be very careful, insist on clear written terms about replacements and staff continuity, and be prepared for potential issues with both reliability and integrity.

Anita spoke to me on call and she claims to be the owner. Most arrogant person I’ve ever spoken to you. She’s demanding 10k for 3-4 hours of cooking for just 2 people. When I said that’s too much and no body will pay such a high price she very rudely said "whoever is ready to do go ask them we don’t have anyone". When to asked her to speak more professionally to clients she said "if you can afford it speak or else leave it and started abusing me in Kannada. Being a kannadiga myself i can understand but what if a non Kannada speaker calls her!l? She acts like she’s running some billion dollar empire, too much arrogance for a maid agency. Maybe people forget what they’re really worth! Now just imagine the arrogance of maids who come from her agency or if you face any problem with them! This monster lady will not help you! STAY AWAY
