The team which had come to our house wasn't voluntarily cleaning or doing the activity. We used to follow up and track each of them and be right behind them to get the cleansing done. They used one of our chair to climb up for cleaning and they didn't even clean that chair seat cover. Attached is the photo with the dirty footprint on it. It looked like they were in a hurry to return soon. Also, we felt the price is also on a higher side. Overall, we were okay with the services. But I would like to say that there is a lot of potential in the team that had come. Some more bit of trainings on the professional front would be more valuable to the customers.

Way2cleaning is a good cleaning service. Good attutude of cleaning people and management also flexible and customer friendly. Immediate service they have provided. Small damages done and in some areas not cleaned properly but overall we can go with way2cleaning services. If we ask to do anything they are doing it immediately. Customer friendly.

It’s unbelievable that these guys have a 4-star rating. Our experience was absolutely horrible. There was miscommunication between the person who took our appointment and the team that actually came to clean. They tried to haggle for a higher price than what was agreed upon. The quality of their work was terrible. They took several hours to finish—not because they were being thorough, but because they kept taking breaks to watch reels and youtube. The cleaning itself was substandard. They clearly didn’t know how to handle a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. They moved the furniture around and didn’t bother to put it back. They left the floors soaking wet. Worst of all, one of them spat paan in the just cleaned bathroom splashing all over the sink, trash can, and toilet seat. We had to ask him to clean it up, and he did after making face like wer’re being unfair. To make matters worse, he even spat out of the window, leaving stains on the outside wall of my unit. Absolutely disgusting. Be careful who you let into your home. Stay away from these guys. Zero stars.
