MistriOndoor Deep Cleaning and Repair Maintenance Services

Very disappointed with Mistri Ondoor. The deep cleaning service was not done as promised — several areas were left untouched and the overall quality was very poor. What was even more concerning was that a boy who appeared to be around 14 years old was part of the cleaning team. When we questioned this, we were told he was not a child, but the situation raised serious concerns for us. We were completely unsatisfied and had to argue for a long time to get refund. Extremely unprofessional experience. Would not recommend at all.

I booked complete house, sofa and toilet cleaning , and I’m really impressed with the results. The team arrived on time, used proper equipment, and cleaned every corner thoroughly. The fabric feels fresh, and the sofa smells great now. Worth the money! They done a full house deep cleaning after Diwali, and the service was outstanding. Every corner, fan, and window was cleaned thoroughly. The team was polite, punctual, and professional. My home feels so fresh and organized now!

Very nice service , I got the home deep cleaning work done by them, they have done a very good job even they cleaned my glasses perfectly, after they finished my sofa cleaning work, they make my sofa like new. They also provided bathroom cleaning services several times and it was so good. Thank you them, they are very good people.

I wish I had the option of putting -100 rating for their service. We booked kitchen cleaning and had the worst servicing experience. Here is our experience: 1. At the time of booking they promised that the unstacking and stacking of the shelves will be done by cleaning guys only. While working too, they agreed for unstacking/stacking but later they said it's going to cost extra. 2. At the time of booking, they told that they'll clean the kitchen store and fridge (from outside) too. But this too they refused to do at the last moment without extra payment. 3. They claimed that they can clean the kitchen chimney but they didn't even know how to open the chimney to clean it. We had to open the chimney ourselves and guide them for how to clean it. 4. Their cleaning process was extremely slow and even after that we can still see spots at places. The cleaning was not efficient. 5. We had to continuously assist them with cleaning and everything. It would have been much better if we would have done it all ourselves only. 6. Way expensive than urban company. I could not book urban company because there was no slot but after this experience, I can say that I should have done the cleaning myself in that case instead of going through the stress of dealing with these people.

The sofa cleaning service exceeded expectations—my couch looks fresh and spotless, just like new. The technicians were prompt, professional, and finished quickly, making the entire experience hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to refresh their living space.
