The worst service ever. They offer you completely unprofessional and ill mannered people. People leave the jobs at any moment , are highly unfaithful and can land you in problems you cant even imagine and cilenta doesnot take any accountability. Neither do the people have any kind of background check or police verification. Cilenta doesnot provide you as per your requirements which leads to frequent changing of maids every other day which is highly unprofessional and disturbing. They loot money from you from day one and keep advance money from the beginning so that it becomes easy for them to fool customers by providing anyone irrespective of the requirement of the customers, so that maids leave and they gain out of such arrangement in a matter of 15-20 days. These services need to be sued because their only intention is to loot money from customers not helping them by providing appropriate maid. Disgusting and pathetic behaviour by their staff and owner. Ridiculous service.

Thank u so much to cilenta services & to all staff for providing me job. Entire staff of academy is very good & very polite. Their coordination from day 1 to till getting job was excellent. They given me such a good respect that I will never forget. Once again thank you so much. Keep doing the same thing.

This is a fraud agency. They cheat people and loot their money. They even snatched my 1500/- rupees. They do not give any work. They do not give us the work for which they call us, instead they force us to do some other work. First they lie about everything and after taking money they say that this is our rule. They have no manners to talk and abuse in obscene language. So please everyone do not join this fraud agency. Beware from this agency.❌ ,

This company is a fraud and a scam. They will take your money and then will be unable to provide services and when you ask for refund they will say that we cannot give refund. If you ask for providing service that also they cannot not provide timely.
