Very Pathetic services. Only money minded people. Never got any good maid or care taker for my baby. They provide people they don't even know. They will not pick-up your call if you want your refund. They provide disgusting maids, they leave within 2-5 days. I have suffered a lot because of these peoples. I have spent more than enough money for this service. They provide care taker, who can't even put a diaper properly to a baby after telling 50 times.

One of the best services in Bhubaneswar. I have taken a Babysitter for my baby last six months. All the staff are good. So thank you all the team of first care & home services.

So far a very bad experience from these guys. Approached them for a baby sitter. Compromised on all my requirements. They were willing to reveal few profiles of candidates only after paying 4k rupees. I was willing to pay given the urgency and importance I had for a baby sitter. They sent one candidate within 1 day of payment who stopped abruptly after 3 days citing crazy reasons. And it has been 3weeks since she left. No replacement provided and no proper correspondence from the firstcare folks as well. Wasn't expecting this after looking at the reviews. May be the reviews and ratings are botched up. Will wait to see if their service will improve as the 4k I paid is non refundable and 1 yr valid. People looking for exploring baby sitter services from them - pl stay away. They were very professional till the moment fee was paid and once done... They showed real shade.

We called for 24 hours maid, he was very spontaneous and wanted us to deposit 2000/- rs immediately. However, when we asked for the details of them agency and their registration documents they stopped replying and picking up our calls. Word of cautioun - please be careful before falling into this kind of fraud racket.

This is the worst agency I have ever faced. We have suffered a lot for this agency physically and mentally. Randomly sending any maid who has no work knowledge and forced us to trained them eventually. This is ridiculous. And the maid's coming have lot of tantrums and when u try to restrict them they deny working. Agency is such a liar..at the time of registration they are mentioning that we will provide replacement in case the maid servant deny working for any reason and until a replacement is provided the pursuing maid could not move out..but they really don't do this they clearly deny..they made us suffered 3 times and finally we really fought with them for our right..they were not even agreeing for refunding the registration amount and the advance taken..when we call for a police case as they are really made us suffered a lot, in a month only they have changed 3 maids and all go in vein..4 members are there in my family and all are senior citizens..my mother is a paralysed patient and my father high bp patient..and this agency really played with us.in the name of police they refund us the desired amount. I have shared my experience so that this would help those needy one's who get alert of this type of services..no one else would suffer what we have gone through.

After my requisition for a care taker for my son, they have provided me caretaker but she has left after 2 days as she is not willing to work full time. Listening all this thing, i immediately told the organisation to replace another caretaker, they have responded promtly and provided a care taker within 5 days. Social behaviour is very good. Now, i can trust on them for their commitment.

Worst service. The maid was totally untrained and when I started being strict wth her she started showing all possible tantrums. She left job and I didn't get replacement. Over that the maid was pursuing her education just after working for a month she wanted off nd when I denied she showed tantrums
