Worst service experience. Their technicians came and abruptly started cleaning the AC, without taking the concent of customer leaving the main problem. Later, took PCB of the AC for repair and reinstall it after few days, without confirming wheather it's actually repaired or not. The cycle continued for almost two months, of taking PCB, reinstalling, again taking and reinstalling it. At last, they got it repaired from Bhubaneswar. Next time, I would never take their services nor I will recommend to anyone.
This could be one of the best services i have ever witnessed in Berhampur. I didn't had to wait, hustle or regret. My issues were solved in minimum duration with great reasonable price. Worth of experience.
