BusyBucket services - Avoid like a plague! Despite repeated requests for a timely start, only one person turns up 2hours late. The company owners/managers kept on lying to me that the staff’s vehicles are broken enroute - all blatant lies as their staff hadnt even started. Finally after two hours, one person arrives on a motorbike with no cleaning tools and gadgets with him (not even the most basic). Funny that he is carrying an Urbanclap bag and a shirt. He tells me he doesnt even work with busybucket himself but asked to do this job today, clearly because BusyBucket management is so poor. Anyway I had to spend my own money and time to get him the stuff as he asked for. Another person joins in some time later. Then they sub-contract two more cleaners from our own society for help. After 3.5hours of Very-very basic cleaning with no special cleaning material as the company advertises, the job is ‘finished’. Now starts the next episode where this cleaner is pushing me to pay him in cash while busybucket team is constantly messaging/calling me to pay online only. The cleaner and the busy bucket team are arguing on phone right in front of me. Tired of the drama already, I make an online payment to the company and politely ask the cleaners to leave the apartment. Conclusion - please do not waste your time and money on busybucket. Your local domestic maids would do the same job for 1/10 of the price. This company needs a complete overhaul if at all they want to continue in this space. With such poor management and no respect, zero commitment and no empathy for the clients, they are doomed to fail sooner or later. Pity. You’ve been warned!
