Thank you ESN housekeeping for timely help and support. They are Approachable and understanding. They have numerous contacts all over Chennai, and can readily avail our needs. I am not sure if any other house need agencies at Chennai, Have such big network .

Mr Sherwin was polite to us in conversation for hiring a maid at our home. Dec third week we spoke he asked 1 week time. Later he mentioned that it was a little tough to arrange and asked a bit more time. Then managed to arrange a lady who abruptly rejected saying its long distance. Another lady agreed to come but she also didn't respond properly. Fed up with this maid searching process and we wished to cancel today. After 1 month still no one came to us to check our door but the cancellation fee was imposed Rs 1150 (10% of his fee). The lady who agreed to come also wasn't agreeing to our required timings. Upon questioning this cancellation fee Mr Sherwin was very strict saying it was his terms which was very disheartening for us. We paid the full amount trusting him completely but what we got back is all disappointment. We thought it was ok to take some amount for his efforts but without a proper arrangement Rs 1150 is a very high cancellation fee. With no proper maid arranged till now as per our requirement paying the full cancellation fee is really not ethical. Since this process took too long we managed to find a maid for the time being. He offered us to look for a maid again and will reduce his charges but WE LOST THE TRUST! THANK YOU FOR TEACHING US NOT TO TRUST ANYONE BY WORDS! HOPE THIS ESN SERVICES WILL FOLLOW SOME BUSINESS ETHICS IN FUTURE!

I am posted new to the city with a 10 months old baby. Had it not been Mr Sherwin and his company it wud have been really difficult to think of settling here. They are very diligent, responsible as far as their motto of work pattern is concerned. They put customer/ client as their first priority. I have been benefited at the time where I knew nobody so sincerely recommend this agency to people who are looking for manpower. I have engaged a babysitter and all thanks to Mr Sherwin and team for their hard work and consideration.
