The company’s staff soaked our mattress with a large quantity of water and chemical shampoo, scrubbing it like a floor or carpet. This is an extremely negligent practice. Mattresses are not designed to be flooded, and moisture gets trapped deep inside. After this service, a strong foul smell developed and persisted despite sun drying. My wife, child, and I slept on it for two nights before realising the seriousness of the issue. We have since felt unwell, raising real concerns of fungal or microbial exposure. This is not just poor service — it is a health hazard caused by lack of professional knowledge and responsibility. Such negligence can put families, especially children, at risk of respiratory and allergic issues. Posting this review so other households do not suffer the same consequences.
