Firstly, the cleaners arrived late without any prior communication or apology for the delay. This was already an inconvenience as I had scheduled my day around their appointment. Furthermore, the quality of the cleaning itself was subpar. Many areas of my home were left untouched, and those that were cleaned showed minimal improvement. It seemed rushed and superficial, lacking attention to detail. Additionally, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed by the cleaning staff. They were unresponsive to my requests for specific areas to be addressed and seemed disinterested in providing a satisfactory service. Overall, my experience with Go Green Cleaning Service Company was unsatisfactory and did not meet the standards I expect from a professional cleaning service.
