Smart Agency

This is entirely a fraud company taking peoples money and not providing service . Me and my wife are both doctors and its been hell lof pf experience with this agency .This agency should be closed and I m soon going to file an FIR .. I paid 6000 for maid service and was assured of getting a maid within 7-10 days. One of them came after many days and worked for a couple of days and run away with advance .I called the agency and they first of all never pick up calls and after 100 calls ,They kept sending people but none of them came to work even for 1 day. Even after such harrowing experience, me and my wife are running to get our refund .

Even after following up for 1000 times from 2.5 months, our deposit has not been refunded yet. Do not believe a single review you read here. It’s all fake from their own people working here. There is one lady who talks sweetly and promise many things but doesn’t even bother to pick phone if you call from the same number again. My parents are senior citizen and my mother fell sick and hospitalised because of working continuously and these people couldn’t provide any update or maid for working at home. I have even filed a consumer court complaint. But this agency doesn’t care at all. Strict action is needed to close this fraud agency completely so that they don’t con other people like us especially senior citizens whose desperate need for a domestic help they are abusing currently. I have circulated all chats n calls to newspapers and will expose them. I urge all who have been conned by these people to file a consumer court complaint and local police station and spread the word on media. That will help to shut this agency permanently.

A vert very bitter experience with this maid agency. It is purely a fraud company having 0 maids. After taking 6000 rs for registration neither they send maid nor pick up the call. Even if visiting their office, they don't bother for sending a maid. So this agency must be punished for harrasing the customer. It is request to others not to get trapped by this company and don't register for maid.

Complete Fraud Agancy they take an advance of 6000 rupees assuring to provide maid with in 3-4 days. After receiving the money they are not picking up calls , after several attempts of contacting them a false assurance is given of someone coming to work in 3 to 4 days but nothing ever happens. They are running a scam of duping people of there money. Please avoid

Complete fraud agency.. they just take 6000 Rs as a one time registration fees and then postpone service date forever. They stopped picking up calls after 2 weeks . I am going to complain about them to Authorities. Urge folks not to get trapped on this fraudulent service scheme.

Fraud agency. Will take money and not respond to calls or messages. Kindly beware. 2-3 people will call you and just act interested and no one will come. It seems to be a bogus company. Edit after reply: This is a fraud agency. There's someone called Payal in this agency. She doesn't respond to calls nor replies to messages. They took money but they don't provide any service. Just for namesake few people would call and act as if they are interested to work but no one would come. Pls don't waste your money. Bunch of frauds.

Never ever register with this agency. Service is way worse than any other agencies. They Have no work integrity. They will ask for 6k as registration fee which is highest among any agency. Then they will not ans your call or call back as well. They don't have any staff in reserve once they get the payment they take 5-10daya just to tell you they are looking for someone who is available. Then once the person comes then the head ache is yours.Smart agency will not take any responsibility for that staff behaviour and work. If you will ask for replacement of the staff then you forget you will get any as they don't have anyone to send on behalf of..you have to adjust with the one who will do nothing and then you will reach a point where you will have to pay again and take staff from other agencies. Your 6k non refundable amount is the revenue and profit model for this agency. On this post they have been threatening me to delete the review otherwise they will not provide any service. Where as they are not at all even a place to provide the service. I have inquired they are running a scam business. They will take your 6k as registration money. Then they will send you one maid who will go away within 2months then they will send them to someother new user who will again payment 6k.. this way they are making money from registeration of new people and taking 6k with the same service. I will ask every user who has suffered to give review on this Agency. Never fall for this agency. You can see how they are ignoring the calls from the screenshot I have provided.
