They sent my jacket after 4 days when I constantly called them about the delivery. The person who came to deliver was not only rude but aggressive too. Instead of apologize he started yelling on us. The jacket I received afer dry cleaning made no difference as if it wasn't washed. I didn't had much time to fight so I paid full for no service. Pathetic services
