Urban Home Cleaner

I had a very bad experience.. we booked them to clean three bathrooms, and after cleaning two, we didn’t like the services as they just wiped the surface with multi surface cleaner n cloth, no scrubbing or deep cleaning.. bathroom looked the same. When I called them to provide feedback they demanded we pay them full amount regardless of availing the service. Also, whenever i tried to reach them, they are not picking up calls nor responding. I had to drop a review here. I am never booking this service again..

Pathetic services and highly unprofessional conduct. I strongly advise people not to book any services with this company. They take your money but never show up to deliver the services. When you try to contact them, they keep disconnecting your calls. Both the booking team and the cleaning team are dishonest and keep misleading you with false promises that they will come. If possible, I would rate this company -100. Please do not waste your hard-earned money on such an unreliable and shameful service provider. The company is a disgrace, and the people working there show no professionalism or integrity.
