I had the absolute displeasure of hiring KPS Cleaning and Maintenance Service for a bathroom cleaning, and let me tell you, it was a colossal waste of money and time. From the moment the cleaners arrived, their attitude was appalling – rude and dismissive, like they were doing me a huge favor just by showing up. And the cleaning? Laughable. They barely touched anything! There were still soap scums on the shower door, toothpaste splatters on the mirror, and frankly, I'm not even sure they actually scrubbed the toilet. It looked like a rushed, half-hearted effort by people who clearly couldn't care less about the quality of their work. For the exact same price, Urban Company provides a bathroom cleaning service that is miles ahead in terms of professionalism and actual cleanliness. Their cleaners are courteous, thorough, and leave your bathroom sparkling. Seriously, save yourself the headache and the disappointment. Steer clear of KPS Cleaning and Maintenance Service. You're much better off booking with Urban Company or honestly, just doing it yourself. This was a truly terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend KPS to my worst enemy. One star is far too generous.
