This agency is a fraud and their intention is to clearly cheat the customers and they do not have any maid base as they project. Every detail available in their website is false and far away from truth. They couldn’t even send one proper cook on the day they promised even though they collect their commission well in advance. They keep telling different stories for their inability to send any cook and the one they sent is not even experienced in any kind of house work. The moment she entered the house she was deliberately doing things to provoke us in order to make us to send her on our own. Next day we sent her back and informed Nelson of this agency to return the money back. It’s almost 25 days and he’s saying variety of reasons for sending the money back. Though the refund policy in the website makes a tall claim they don’t live up to any claim they made. Need to give police compliant about this agency to alert the public and to recover the money back.

Seriously very worst service.. office lady is very worst the way of attitude and face expression everything worst.. past 20 days they saying new new stories without sending proper maid. Seriously dnt believe this service. They make us fool and cheating us.

This homecare agency operates with a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. They were quick to take my application form and demanded a fee upfront for finding a housemaid. When they couldn’t fulfill my request for a day maid, they pressured me into hiring a 24-hour maid instead. I reluctantly agreed, and they then demanded an additional fee, which I paid immediately. Despite this, they have failed to provide any maid at all and are now avoiding my calls and refusing to refund the money. Their customer service is non-existent, and their business practices are unethical. Do not trust this agency under any circumstances. They are unreliable, dishonest, and a complete scam. I paid the fee on 27 th May 2024. No maid and no refund.

Standard Maid is a fantastic cleaning company that provides professional maids and housekeeping services. After a hard day, our house was sparkling and smelt fantastic when I returned home. My babies and pets were no challenge for the home maid and caretaker. Standard Maids, thank you very much!

They are real frauds. I engaged these people to hire a housemaid for my house. They took Rs.14,000 as registration fee and even after 4 months they are not able to provide a housemaid. They are not refunding the money and for the past one month both Nixon in Coimbatore and one lady from Bangalore stopped picking up my calls. Going to make police complaint to get my money back. Update on 31-12-2024 - I don't know what your response is about. I am not your 4 years customer and I am not in America. Either you are genuinely confused or trying to justify by knowingly taking some other names.

The cleaning is of outstanding quality. Standard Maids are trustworthy. A morning appointment is essential to me, and they always arrive on time. I'm also confident that my house will be safe throughout their presence. Standard Maids are affordable. However, the quality of service and comfort of mind is well worth the extra cost.
