The maid was well groomed and was punctual. The requests were handled flawlessly and on time. She was in company uniform. She was a soft-spoken lady and was great at her work. The HelpMate team was also well trained and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My experience is going really v.good with helpmate. Best thing about them is that their prices are v.genuine compared to other agencies who charge hefty amount from customers. Also, quality of maids are also good, they are experienced and properly trained beforehand. Last but not the least is the support that you can get from the support team. I have been in touch with meenakshi from helpmate and she is constantly available for any query resolution or any reply that i need. I really love to continue taking support from helpmate.

23/5/24 This agency also turned out to be a fraud, earlier they were doing good last year but now they are not picking up calls and not providing any help, I am rating 1 as can't rate 0, they took my money and never came back. 14/7/23 So far, this is the best agency i have came across. I requested for help, next day the help came. The help mate team answered all my questions and provided the perfect mate required for my home. Kudos to entire team and Meenakshi for proactively answering the queries and providing the help.

I am super happy with their services. If the maid cancels in the morning they provide replacement with in an hour and some times few minutes. You surely donot have to worry about the maid support if u have Helpmate. The maid hiring process is super easy. Meenakshi is extremely helpful and quick at her job. Every thing about them is easy and great. Highly recommended ❤️

Most unprofessional and useless service provider. They won’t pick your calls and will cancel your booking on the day of start of services. Their maids are always full of excuses. Cancelled 4 days from the start of the service. Won’t recommend to anyone to avail any services from them. You will find better service providers

Pathetic service. Minakshi there is the one I am in touch with. She will call you n text you 100 times when she needs her payment, Post which she will disappear. My maid was a liar n worked for 2 months and ran away. Minakshi is avoiding calls now at the time of refund. Helpmate wasn't able to give replacements. also.

Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic agency. Maids are pathetic, response is zero. You will end up doing more coordination than you would have done hiring a maid directly. Zero accountability. Not picking up calls from a month. They have taken one year contract money and ran away, not sure with how many people they have done this.
