Absolutely pathetic service. Booked for today which was suppose2 start 1 hour ago. A cleaner hasn't been assigned also yet . Noone is on the way, yet the app is so intelligent it doesn't let u cancel. So U pay in advance & they dont give service & run away with ur money. Customer support is even more intersting. A single.pwrson named Aishwarya manages both chat and phone calls. She doesnt cancel your serv8ce despitw nultiple phone calls. Then stops answering your phone. Wassap support she doesnt even answer for 10 mins then writes we are woeking on your query. Basically either they are unable to manage the demand or it's just another scam where they run away with people's money. I am struggling for a refund as well

His Cleaning services is too good and his behavior is too good he is honestly people and his work is very nice.

Super rude in talking. Shift the visiting schedule by his will. Shifted from Saturday to Sunday automatically without my consent. I confirmed 3 times with him if the person will be coming atleast on Sunday. I waited 3 hour pass the scheduled time, the guy didn't show up and the person on office had the audacity to say, what can I do of the guy didn't show up, I don't have any other person

He is very rude while talking. Asked 400 bucks for just exhaust fan cleaning. I can buy new one by adding some more money to it. He doesn't have any person to clean. Not serious about his business and doesn't respect customer. He doesn't need any new business. Pls don't call him. You will waste your time.

I took their service for deep cleaning before moving to my house and mentioned clearly that cement and other hard spots should be taken care of which they assured of…. But it was not up to the mark and absolute not of a professional cleaning company…. I reached out to Vinod(the owner) and shared pics as well but no response after that and he just disappeared ….. we had to show them places to clean and they took the entire day but still the service was not at all satisfactory and I can still see marks and dirt on my Italian flooring, tiles and other places …… would not recommend at all….

72sq yard basment ka cleaning ki booking Hui thi but cleaning day se two days before they increased the chrages and told me this is today's price .way of talking is very rude guys please don't book santa cleaning.they are pathetic zero star from my side
