I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. I trusted them with my clothes, but one item came back with multiple hole that definitely wasn’t there when I dropped it off. When I brought it to their attention, there was no apology or accountability—just excuses. Poor quality service, lack of care, and terrible customer handling. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mycleaners . I took my coat to be dry cleaned, and when I picked it up, I was shocked to find that it was damaged. The colors had faded and multiple stain on the coat which was unacceptable. I've been going to their store for a while now, and even writing mail but no solution was provided. The staff seemed unhelpful and unapologetic.

Worst drycleaning service ever. I left my gown for steam iron but instead they flat ironed my dress making its padding flat resulting into damaged dress which is unable to wear.

They didn't even drywash just clean and damage clothes and didn't even given compensation and harrass us through long process and still no solution.

We are very happy and satisfied with the services at Mycieanar. Our old jackets and shoes looked as good as new! The services were completed on time, the packaging is done well and the staff are courteous and helpful. We got order updates via whatsapp along with pick up and delivery services.

I am living in Canada. And after too long time I came back and show my sofa condition at home after this rainy season, I am scared. That time I searched sofa cleaning service in Hisar and got mycleaner's service. They came at my home and saw their capabilities on these and changed the sofa's condition in very better condition with reasonable price. I really appreciate their services and strongly recommend.
