Disappointed with the service and next time I won’t recommend to anyone
The worst service ever! After a week of chasing them for a service person, they finally sent someone who was completely unhelpful. The technician misdiagnosed the issue, claiming a perfectly good part needed replacement. They charged an exorbitant amount for unnecessary work. Avoid Ungal Brothers at all costs!
