I paid ₹1000 for intensive cleaning of 2 bathrooms, but the work was not done as expected. The wall tiles still have white stains because the cleaner applied chemicals but did not wash them off properly, leaving marks behind. The floors and taps were also not cleaned thoroughly,and stains are still visible everywhere. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself. What is the point of paying for professional cleaning if the results are worse than basic home cleaning? When I asked the cleaner to do it properly, he said this was the best he could do. On top of that, they even demanded an extra ₹200 to clean further, which is unreasonable. If I have already paid ₹1000 for deep cleaning, why should I pay more to get the job done properly? Even though Vijay Home Services confirmed that they would send someone for the cleaning, no one has shown up yet. I even followed up with a phone call,but they still haven’t sent anyone.
