The Maidaid India - Best maid agency in India

DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY UPFRONT. Although, I did not take their service but when you listen and talk carefully with people, you tend to understand their intent. Then I came to review section to know more about them and it had all my fear answered in review. Very dissapointing. They did gurantee the service, but at their own means. They want people to pay all the money upfront and build heavy dependency on them. Without even having a trial period they want people to sign up for an year by paying thefty amount of money. In case they are ready for trial period for a month by taking the registeration charge, in that case it can be a win- win situation.

My experience with Maidaid was very good. They explained everything clearly and the video-call interview helped me choose the right maid. The maid is polite, trained, and quick in her work. The agency also responds fast whenever I need support. Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend their service.

This Maidaid company is a fraud company. After taking full payment they do not provide a maid and keep wasting time by making false promises. Whenever I asked for refund they sent an untrained maid for just 2-4 days only to delay the process. They never respond to costumer registered phone calls. This company is cheating people. Owner of this company Sumit is a fraud person. Strict legal action should be taken against them. This company should be shut down and compensation should be given to the people they have scammed.

If there was an option to give lower than a star - I would. This agency is a con, they will keep your fee which is approximately 45k - will send you totatlly useless maids and will stop responding to your messages once you give them the fee. If you try to terminate your contract with them because they did not have any options- beware you will not get anything back. I have been trying for the past 4 months to get the 50% refund. (As per their contract) - but they stopped responding. Fraudsters! Beware... lost the entire money

The owner of the company Mr Sumit is nt at all professional. This agency is highly charged Very bad worst exp in monetary part The very next day after depositing the amount I asked for refund , nt even 24 hrs , but they said can't do full and will take 3 month It's been more than a year iam still struggling to get my refund Need to ask and chase for my own money The company is nt even in position to refund a amount even after year. Nor do the owner respond u. Pathetic people.

Good service overall. The team responded quickly to all my queries and arranged a video interview as promised. The maid joined on time and so far things are going well. Recommended

I had leveraged MaidAid Services for a care-giver for my Father who is 84-years old in 2023. In 2024, when it was time to renew, MaidAid forced me to pay-up urgently. I paid-up Rs. 41,780/- (Rs. 21,000 (Service Charge) + Rs. 3,780 (GST) on 13Mar2024 and Rs. 17,000 Salary Advance that was paid earlier on 27Feb2023). However, the assigned care-giver did not turn-up, as he had other ideas and I had no replacement! I requested for termination of our 2024 contract and since March 2024, I have been trying to get my money back unsuccessfully. I was told that 70% of the service charge will be deducted as penalty. The remaining 30% of service charge plus the one month salary advance with interest would be refunded at the earliest. I have had 8 extensions for my refund date: 30Jun2024, 30Aug2024, 30Sep2024, 10Oct2024,  20Nov2024, 20Feb2025, 5Mar2025 and 20Mar2025 with various creative reasons for not paying up on time. After registering a complaint with the National Consumer HelpLine, I received a mere Rs. 12,000 on 20Feb2025 with a request for another extension and to delete my review (screenshot attached). Maidaid defaulted again on 20th Mar 2025 to pay my remaining amount and are not responding to my emails & WhatsApp messages. I have gone ahead and filed a petition on 21st Mar 2025 with the Consumer Court for unfair practice and senior citizen harassment. The story does not have an happy ending unfortunately for me. The Consumer Court dragged it's feet because the consumer of services (Bengaluru) and producer of services (Ranchi) reside in different states. MaidAid is richer by a few thousands, because I never got my money back. But, they have an unhappy customer for life.
