I had a great experience with Zimkey cleaning services. To start off the manager Remya was very professional and meticulous in the initial discussions. They organised the cleaning for an available date as per our request. The crew that came consisted of around 7 staff including a supervisor (Farooq). They listened to our concerns and focussed on areas we had requested specifically. Moreover they finished the job in less than 4 hours time and did a commendable job. Very happy with heir service and highly recommend them to those looking for a reliable and professional cleaning crew !!

Very poor deep cleaning process. The cleaning was actually a basic cleaning process not at all deep cleaning process. They have only cleaned places where we see at the first look and that is not what a deep cleaning process means. This was 2 man job which only should cost me below 2k but this was a deep cleaning process of 4k with 5 to 7 members including their supervisor. It was such a bad experience.
