I gave my Louis Philippe blazer for dry cleaning, and it came back spoiled. There are visible white marks on the blazer and even on the buttons — something that should never happen with professional dry cleaning. The blazer was in perfect condition when I handed it over, and now it looks damaged. I’m really disappointed with the lack of care and quality control. When you trust a dry cleaner with premium clothing, you expect them to handle it responsibly — not return it in worse condition. I hope they take accountability and improve their service, because this experience was completely unacceptable.
