I got the sofa and carpet cleaned for Rs.2200. I had to tell him where I can see the dirt after cleaning and he was arguing. For God's sake, its his job, he should know how to do it better. I am not suppose to stand and watch what and how he does it. The serviceagent didn't clean my sofas properly, it is taking 15+hours to dry when he told 3hrs, because he didnt vaccum it properly. He was more in a hurry to attend next customer and make money than providing a satisfactory service to current customer.

Worst service ever. Owner will not take proper responsibility even after booking is done weeks before. In middle you will get another number to get in touch and both will deny the service at end moment. Till last min they will say we will come and on the day of service they will stop answering your calls.
