I had my split ac zet sprayed in April 24, while I was not impressed nor satisfied with the cleaning I reported my concern in my review feedback multiple times without any response. Such was their cleaning that the condenser got chocked of dust which I had to clean calling the ac vendor. This clearly indicates lack of accountability and responsibility by Urban company.
Firstly, received immediate service. Mr Raju attended my service. Very punctual and very good service. I am very satisfied and shall refer to my aquantances.
