I am very happy by the way they provide support is very good, nice and professional. I booked service yesterday evening. Ravi patiently listing to me - the service that I am looking for and stated that he noted the requirement and update me on this as early as possible . Today morning he called me around 11 am and said within 30 to 1 hour someone will visit my place to resolve my issue , if I am available. I sad okay come. He also inform me the cost of service. I found it not very expensive. Person came at 11:45 and he started working. He is very nice person. Very polite, mature, courteous and experience in working. What I like in him is behaviour. So, nice, cool and calm person. He is not is hurry. Slowly start working and took 2 hours to complete that. During this no tantrum, no nonsense talk , no unnecessary killing time. Literally clean each and every corner as far as he can. Love that. I booked service to clean kitchen exhaust fan, 2 ceiling fan. I have small tool and that cause him little issue to clean fan. He saw a empty cylinder and asked me can I use this? I was reluctant at first then said if you are comfortable please . So he use that to reach distant corner of my outer rooms fan. I also requested him, if he can clean some parts of kitchen close to exhaust fan and he said okay. He cleaned that part too.. I am sorry and apologizing to him that forgot to ask his name. Sorry for that. But wishing him all the best and offcourse Ravi and his entire team. Al the best. They way you are providing support is excellent and exemplary.
