Worst service, no proper equipment asked for washroom, window and balcony paid as asked but no proper cleaning washroom water stains no change. No clean cloth for window cleaning no brush. Just prompt service paid 1300 don’t know for what

I booked their service for my balcony cleaning which was in horrible condition as the flat was closed since long. And pigeons had created a havoc in our absence. The first thing that I really appreciated was their prompt service. I called them around 12:30pm and by 1:30pm their team was at my place. And they did an excellent job. My balconies were crystal clear after their. At par with Urban Company service. I recommend them to everyone in Kota for deep cleaning.

We used the services of Matra Kripa to clean our empty apartment (with two beds) in Kota. They (a team of four professionals) arrived on time. The cleaning was very thorough. They steam cleaned the kitchen and mattresses and used chemicals to clean the bathrooms, windows and flooring. The cleaning was not rushed up and they gave ample time to clean up our apartment. Overall, I found their services very professional, the team was courteous, prompt, and they had the expertise and materials (equipments) needed to get the job done as per our expectations. I would with enthusiasm recommend Matra Kripa to anyone looking for cleaning services in Kota.
