I hired their service for complete house cleaning and had a Very poor experience. They took our project, showed up on the decided date but didn’t complete the work. They stopped coming from day 2 giving random excuses. We had to face difficulty as we couldn’t find a last minute replacement. When the owner himself already saw the entire house before accepting to do the work, why should they later give excuses like its a big house, too much work, etc. Totally unacceptable!

My experience with Hello Dial Home Service has been completely untrustworthy and disappointing. Their plumber took money from me to buy materials for plumbing work. After completing the job, some material was left unused. He promised to return it to the shop and refund ₹180 to me via GPay — which he never did. Despite multiple follow-ups with both the plumber and the owner/manager, they have stopped responding and are now giving false and misleading explanations. This feels like a clear case of fraud and extremely unprofessional behaviour. I strongly advise others not to use Hello Dial Home Service.
