Terrible Experience. No response despite repeated reminders I visited Workezy’s office on 18 Jan 2026 with my 9 months pregnant daughter. We were clearly promised that a domestic help would visit within 4 days after verification. Even after 9 days, there was zero clarity, update, or accountability. The biggest issue is their complete lack of communication—no proactive calls, delayed or ignored WhatsApp messages, and constant excuses. When questioned, the reasons keep changing, which is also evident if you read other Google reviews. The company shall give you false commitments, ignored follow-ups after payment, lack of verified staff, and serious negligence. Many positive reviews appear questionable and do not match ground reality. Think twice before trusting this company with your money, home, or safety.

I have asked for 24 hours maid service on 2 nd Jan 2026 and today 4th Feb they are not able to provide any. Everytime they answer ki bahut mushkil hai koi mil nahi Raha hai. So if you have patience to keep waiting for 2-3 months then only go with workeasy. Not at all professional.
