The cleaning team was satisfactory—they arrived on time and did a good job. However, the management and quoting process were extremely frustrating. They charged double for the second cleaning within three months, which feels dishonest. While I understand Diwali can be a busy time, the lack of integrity from the quoting process is concerning. It seems the focus is more on profits than on customer satisfaction, and as a result, I no longer trust this service. I strongly recommend doing your research and comparing quotes from other companies before hiring them.
I scheduled their bathroom cleaning service for December 3rd at 10 AM. Before making the booking, I specifically asked about the charges and made it clear that I didn’t want to hear any excuses like, "For ₹500, you’ll only get so much service." I told them I wanted the bathrooms cleaned thoroughly and perfectly. This was my parents’ apartment, and I wanted to help them since they are elderly. I asked the owner multiple times if the price for bathroom cleaning was fixed or if their supervisor would provide a separate quote. The owner assured me the price was fixed at ₹500, with no additional charges. On the morning of December 3rd, there was no sign of the cleaners at 10 AM. When I called, I was informed there was a delay due to a team member’s health issue. This sounded highly unprofessional. They are running a company—surely, one person’s absence shouldn’t disrupt the entire schedule. Rescheduling without informing the client is unacceptable. Still, I agreed to the rescheduled time of 11:30 AM, even though I had another appointment at that time and wouldn’t be home. When the cleaner and supervisor arrived, they told my father there would be additional charges because, according to them, the bathroom was "large." This was infuriating because I had already informed the owner about the size and details of the bathroom before booking, and he assured me there wouldn’t be any extra charges. My parents live in a regular apartment, not a villa with oversized bathrooms. After much back-and-forth, my father called me, and I spoke to the supervisor directly. He initially refused to clean for ₹500, but after I insisted he speak to the owner, he finally agreed to do the job at the promised price. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. My father, who is very old, told me the cleaner barely did anything. Despite repeated requests, he didn’t properly clean the tiles or any other area. My father was so frustrated and exhausted by the situation that he just wanted the cleaner to leave. When the cleaner called the supervisor to confirm the service was done, my father said, "Yes, everything is fine," just to get rid of them. My father cleaned everything again after they left. When I later called the owner to complain, he blamed the supervisor and the cleaner. Although he offered to send the cleaner again and he apologized, the damage was done. The whole purpose of hiring this service was to make things easier for my elderly parents, especially my father, who usually cleans the bathrooms himself. Instead, this so-called professional service made everything worse. These people are anything but professional. Their cleaning skills are subpar, their communication is nonexistent, and their management is a joke. The owner doesn’t know what the supervisor is doing, the supervisor has no clue about the owner’s promises, and the cleaner does the absolute bare minimum. Before booking, I asked the owner about his bad reviews. He blamed the clients, but now I realize those reviews were accurate. They don’t know how to run a company, and they lack proper staff and management. I strongly advise against hiring them. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the headache. Do NOT let them into your home.
