In city like Meerut . Their work is highly disappointed and unprofessional. Have booked for bathroom cleaning. Instead of professional chemicals the cleaner service person used acid. All water stains remain the same. Urban company very disappointed with your service.

I never faced worst experience than urban clap. They are highly unprofessional. I have booked bathroom cleaning thrice. But at end time they has cancelled booking with statement that our professional can't arrive. Very very poor company they should closed its services becoz they can't provide service properly.

"The service is just okay... it's not as good as they say. I had booked it to get the entire kitchen cleaned, but it wasn't that great. It's better to book separately for chimney, refrigerator, and microwave instead of including them with the kitchen cleaning."

I was taken for a ride by the person Mr. Praveen who just put some acid solution on tiles and left stains and dullness on the granite flooring. He had to be reminded about cleaning the toilet seat.He left a wet floor and we could only see the stains after he left We had booked intense clearing but he refused to clean the exhaust and shower head and all fixtures as well as walls I don't know whether this is the quality of work I will not recommend to anyone after my sad experience. There is no person incharge to find if the work is satisfactory

Thrice booked intense cleaning and each time talked to the "professional" Each time cancelled on pretext of not being reachable. The forth person was 1 hr late. Did no intense cleaning never took out hiselectric scrubber. Left stain in bath area and wash basin slab. There is No redressal system where photos of the terrible work can be sgared. Does not help talking to your help. Waste of time and money Dr Tyagi, Meerut

There is no mobile numbers of the company.now a days, the company generally add whatsapp number of the company so that people may chat with the company.Is there is any black spot that's why you didn't add the said communication facilities.Thanks.

Services are not available in shastri nagar in meerut...Very very disappointing
