The work is not upto the mark. Just coming to site and doing basic cleaning is not called deep cleaning. Your team did not explain what stains will go and what will not. Expecting some stains to clean I have given to deep cleaning, otherwise my staff will do this basic cleaning. And thinking that your team will have basic common sense and proper training I have trusted you with my newly decorated office. they have put scratches on aluminum partitions, wood work had some minor problems. They called night 12 and harassed to do payment otherwise they will lock the door. It is customary to give a little heads up as to what will clean and what will not. Your team did not do that and worst customer service.

The deep cleaning work done by v3 care at our first floor SAI SHAKTI sriramnagar bothanical gardens yesterday is excellent and made my floor after repairs and paiting work as a newly constructed floor by their deep cleaning. The worst of the service experience I what i had. Below are their traits - 1. Threating staff 2. Poor quality cleaning material 3. They will not let you speak to the owner 4. Zero out of 100 in terms of complaint management 5. The staff is that weak that they will put the blame on you. Make sure you do not use the services or make sure you do not pay any advance.
