After giving payment if you have any complaints they will not entertain...also if made levaes they don't take any actions...also the made which they given are not trustable at all...i have faced many problems...this agency and mades cheats to client. Seriously it is a request that please please do not entertain or trust them or their services...in starting they will talk to you and they will teach you about the ethics and then they only will forget their ethics..please be aware before contacting this agency...their 2nd agency name is My Happy Maid Service...please pelase be safe all from such agencies
Needed help during lockdown. Paid for most of the maids covid test and ola fare. Not one good maid was sent. Changed some 6 to 7 maids. Extremely traumatized. They send maid for temporary basis, and send recorded version of the maids, expressing that its our fault. Next week onwards the same maids plead to join back. Very ridiculous attitude... Inspite of paying Annual fees, this is what we got. Now we are managing better with the local maids...I will never recommend them to anyone.
