I booked a home cleaning service from Satguru Facility on 18th October before Diwali, based on their good Google ratings — but it turned out to be a huge mistake. The three people who came for cleaning were completely unprofessional and had no idea how to clean properly. They brought some cheap, harsh, unbranded chemicals that damaged the color of my fridge. When I noticed this, I immediately asked them to stop using their chemicals and provided my own Colin instead. Throughout the process, I had to personally supervise every step and instruct them repeatedly on what to do — otherwise, nothing was done properly. It was a total waste of money, time, and effort. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would strongly advise against using Satguru Facility’s cleaning services.

I contacted Sadguru for a quick cleaning service as I was moving into a new house and the kitchen was quite dirty. They arranged for a worker within two hours, and the rates were reasonable given the amount of work and the speedy service I requested.
