The audacity of you and your lies. Your revisits were not done by any "senior" staff, just so you know. Three ladies were present in the room when I last spoke to your customer care executive, and not one abusive word was uttered—only a loud voice caused by frustration due to your unprofessional service. Do not think for one second that you can lie and get away with this. No one asked for a "full refund." We asked for the additional charges of ₹1500 that your workers forcefully demanded on the first day. They arrived and started working at 12 noon and left at 12 midnight. Three people came initially. One took the kitchen and was found only wiping the cabinets from the outside for three hours before disappearing and was spitting from our balcony outside. The other two took the common bedroom and wasted their time "cleaning" the flower bed area. How long does it take to clean a flower bed area? It does not take three hours, especially not with two people. And so many times they were found spitting on the bathroom floor. Nonsensical replies will not be tolerated here. There was not a single stain that could not be removed. You need to work properly to remove stains, not meekly wipe a cloth over them. Your revisits did happen, but each time a team came in, they laughed at the previous team’s work and left. From the beginning, your initial batch of workers demanded extra payment for the cleaning. While leaving, they even gave us their personal number, saying they would clean better the next day if we contacted them directly. We considered them human and showed kindness and humanity, but your people wasted our money and time. During the second revisit, two different teams arrived at the same time. While the first team was working, the second team told us, "Achhe se inn log se kaam kara ke lena, bathroom ka floor pura 100% saaf ho jaayega." These were your own worker’s words, so do not try to act oversmart and blame us. Your customer service executive—a woman—is not true to her words and cannot handle customers properly, and your workers are slackers who are eating up people’s money. And you were informed already that we were staying a day extra waiting for you to schedule cleaning again and send over workers and our whole day's expenses incurred living because of that, because we had come for the sole purpose of getting the house cleaned from Pune to Mumbai, all because your workers didn't do their job properly at once and our all other work for the same halted. And if you have so much faith in your service that it is so good, then why was the cleaning not done properly at once only by your staff, why did we have to schedule revisits in the first place?

If I can clean this area myself using just a little pressure by hand, a scrubber, and Colin, then what were your workers doing the entire time? Wiping cabinets? Even that was not done properly, despite two additional revisits. Your service is a sham and a complete waste of time and money. Your customer service executive is a liar. She needs to have basic ethics and the ability to listen properly. This was never meant to be personal, but she had the audacity to accuse my father of using abusive language while speaking to her while there were other three people present in the house and everyone heard him speaking still respectfully, just he raised his voice out of frustration due to her lack of cooperation and unprofessional handling of the situation.

Pathetic experience. We booked full home cleaning service with them 1 week in advance and nobody from their team turned up. They stopped answering calls and replying to WhatsApp messages from my number. When i called from a different number that's when they answered and then to my surprise they completely denied having any booking for my location. When asked to check again from the registered number that's when they realised there was a lapse. A staff member named Sunita had confirmed my booking earlier, but on the day of the cleaning we were casually told that she had forgotten about it. Such carelessness is shocking. They wasted my whole day and in return their solution was to offer me 500 rs discount to schedule it for another day as if customers have nothing better to do and can adjust to their convenience. I am honestly surprised by their high Google ratings.. they strongly feel like paid reviews. Avoid hiring them. It’s a complete waste of time. Extremely unprofessional.

Disappointing Experience with Harassment I am genuinely surprised by the overwhelmingly positive reviews this company has received. After my experience, I’m left questioning whether these reviews are from real customers or fabricated by the service provider to boost their image. As a customer, I am thoroughly disappointed with both the quality of service and the unprofessional behaviour I encountered. Here’s my experience in detail: I made the booking a day before and was informed the team would arrive between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, which was acceptable. However, the day of the service told a completely different story. By 10:30 AM, I had received no call or update from the company. I had to call them myself, and the lady who had taken the booking was at a loss for words. She finally informed me she would call back in 10 minutes with an update. When she did, she said the team was delayed and would arrive between 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM—something I found extremely frustrating, as I had booked a full home deep cleaning service that takes 6-7 hours. Sure enough, they didn’t arrive on time. The team finally reached my place at 2:45 PM, claiming they had only been informed of the booking at 11:00 AM—clearly showing the company had failed to communicate properly. When they began, the issues only escalated. I had opted for "Wall Cleaning" with chemicals, but the products they used were utterly ineffective, no better than using soap and water. The walls looked the same after the "cleaning." I’m attaching "AFTER" pictures so you can judge for yourself whether you'd want to hire this company for your home. The "Sofa Shampooing" service was equally bad. The machine they used malfunctioned twice, causing power outages in my home. We later discovered that the equipment itself was faulty. By the time they wrapped up the cleaning, it was 11:00 PM at night. The entire house was a mess, and I was completely frustrated. To make matters worse, they began arguing over the payment. I requested a discount because they did not meet expectations, especially as they charged me Rs. 1800 for the wall cleaning (which they didn't properly complete) and Rs. 750 for the sofa (which was not cleaned). The argument continued until **12:00 AM**, and the situation escalated to the point where I considered calling the police for harassment. Final Verdict: I will never use their service again, nor will I recommend this company to anyone. The unprofessionalism, poor service, and harassment I faced are unacceptable. Proceed with caution if you're considering them.

Highly recommend the service. The staff was very friendly and coorporative and dis a perfect job with cleaning.
