Very disappointing experience with Delhi Home Solution Services. I took their kitchen pest control service and they kept giving excuses from the start. First they said to wait 15 days, then someone came later and applied a bit of gel — but there was absolutely no improvement. When I called again, they simply said "100% khatam nahi hote", which clearly shows they don’t stand by their own service. I’ve had pest control done before and never faced this kind of attitude. They assume the customer doesn’t know anything, do the bare minimum, and then refuse responsibility later. Totally unprofessional and not recommended at all.
