Pathetic, Unreliable & Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs. I had one of the worst experiences with this deep cleaning service. They are highly unprofessional and completely unreliable. Despite confirming the booking in advance, they failed to communicate whether they would actually show up on the scheduled day. I called multiple times — no response. But when I tried from a different number, they picked up — and only at the last moment. This kind of behaviour shows clear negligence and lack of accountability. What most people don’t know is that they are a third-party service provider for NoBroker or other, and their priority is to serve B2B or brand-linked clients first. If you’re a direct customer or end user, you’ll be treated as a low priority. They might leave your booking hanging, without any confirmation or cancellation, making you suffer due to their poor planning and zero commitment. In my case, I had moved all my kitchen appliances early in the morning, expecting the cleaning team to arrive as scheduled. They neither showed up nor gave any update. I waited the entire day in confusion. Later, I came to know that they had taken another job just because the other customer offered a little more money — leaving my booking in the lurch. In short: They don’t commit to bookings. They ignore direct customers. They prioritize higher-paying or B2B jobs. They cut down on manpower and delay the work. They never cancel, but leave you hanging till the last moment. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of your time. Don't trust them. They will waste your time, energy, and money. I strongly recommend avoiding them completely — whether they are working directly or under a brand name.

I booked them for deep cleaning of house. But they just did a basic cleaning. My tiles in washroom, kitchen, balcony was normally cleaned.They keep making excuse that its not possible. They didn’t cleaned my mattress curtains and living room furniture which was included in package. The cleaning which they did could have been done my maid paying 20% of what i paid to them. They don’t have proper equipments required for deep cleaning. Its beter to pay bit more and get professional from urban company. Its total waste of money and time. Don’t be trapped with positive review. They are not even responding now to get the pending work done

In my recent visit to India, we have used Balfre at our relatives place. We have used their one off offering first, however, felt compelled to give them a service contract. My relatives are extremely happy with their service and they have now recommended to their friends. I trust Balfre and would definitely recommend them to any professional couple and family.
