⭐️ Very Poor Experience – Unprofessional and Unreliable Service We had a horrible experience with Ctree Deep Cleaning, Palakkad, whom we booked for deep cleaning of a newly constructed residential house at Alanallur, Palakkad, just one day before our housewarming ceremony. They clearly promised to clean the entire house, including all floors, glass panels, and bathrooms. However, in reality: • They cleaned only the ground floor • Glass windows were not cleaned at all • Bathrooms were not washed • Major portions of the work were left completely undone Despite not completing even the basic promised services, they demanded full payment as per the quotation and even hesitated to leave the premises without receiving the full amount. This put us under extreme pressure and left us with no time to make alternate arrangements. Because of their failure and unprofessional behavior, we were forced to conduct our housewarming pooja the next morning in an unclean house, which was extremely disappointing and mentally distressing for our family. This company failed to honor their commitment, showed no sense of responsibility, and caused us serious inconvenience at a very important moment in our lives. ⚠️ I strongly advise others to think twice before booking Ctree Deep Cleaning. Please do not rely on their promises, especially for time-sensitive occasions like housewarmings. This review is shared purely to help others avoid going through the same unpleasant experience.

Horrible experience. They promised to clean the walls but didn't do it.They sent lesser ppl than committed so the work went from morning till night.They didn't bother to vacuum the sofa fully.I had to keep checking and make them clean it.They even broke my kitchen cabinet doors n didn't even regret doing it when I complained.They didn't clean my store room .I had to stop the payment to get it done. Horrible experience. Laid back attitude.Nobody came to supervise even after complaining multiple times.Will never ever call them for any work.

Excellent service.. we don't need to follow them.. they themselves will clean each and every corner of the house, such an energetic hard workers. We are very happy with your service, thank you so much guys.. keep it up.. rocking..

Worst experience. It's waste of money when compared to urban company, no broker services in Bangalore, Mumbai etc. We paid 5500rs for deep cleaning, four people came and nothing is included in this package, not even basic window cleaning, bathroom cleaning etc. Whatever you ask them , they tell it's an add-on. It's better you call some local maid and get the whole house done for just half the price. Not recommended to anyone. It's 100% scam.

We had a team come in and clean our place yesterday. Six young men, in uniform. They were punctual, intelligently located our half-rural location, got right to work without dawdling, took a short lunch break, and did not make excessive noise. We'll be calling them twice a year from now on.
