Shiva Dry cleaners

Very poor customer service.We ordered by finding this dry cleaner online and this place is in a village adjacent to the city of Panchkula but easily reachable and we got parking. The owner was ready to deliver at home but we were going that way and thought we could do so ourselves. Carpets and other clothes picked up from home. Timely delivery but we opened some items after quite some time , some immediately. Pillows and mats were wet and hadn't been dry cleaned but washed and that too seems not with soap. I opened the carpets after we shifted house and they are same as i gave, not dry cleaned. I requested for refund as I had paid a good amount. Requested to get them dry cleaned again, he promised but didn't do so. Then requested for refund on money , not refunded. Don't go to this dry cleaner.

The person running it is very nice and cooperative. I hardly go his shop. I give him a call and he picks up the things to be cleaned. He also delivers them free of cost.

I'm looking for Dry Cleaner's and then I found Shiva Dry Cleaners while searching on Google. Believe me they are Best in Tricity.. Thing's which I personally like about Shiva Dry Cleaners is that they are very trustworthy, very affordable, pick & home delivery free and most important they are very humble & punctual.

Very bad experience. They are not committed to timings. Don't go on past reviews by people. Even they delay and the clothes you gave for drycleaning are not properly done by them.

Had my cloths drycleaned from this shop n can assure u it's the best drycleaning shop in tricity
