I hired a nanny through Patna Domestic Solution and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. We paid whatever monthly fees and registration charges they demanded. From the very beginning, I had concerns when I asked for references of previous parents where the assigned nanny had worked, but the company flatly refused to provide any numbers. Instead, they gave full assurance that everything would be smooth and we would face no issues. Initially, the nanny had little work as our baby’s nani was still around, so she was only shadowing and learning. But once the baby’s nani left, her attitude completely changed. She started arriving late, taking unplanned leave, showed no real interest in her work, and handled the baby in an inappropriate and careless manner. When we realized this was not sustainable, we immediately approached the company for a replacement. Shockingly, they completely stopped responding. We called them at least 50–70 times, yet they never bothered to call back. After three days of silence, we had to threaten legal action and filing an FIR. Only then did they call back, but instead of resolving the issue, they spoke rudely and unprofessionally, saying the company was "not working during Durga Puja" and dismissively told us, "jo karna hai kar lijiye." This level of negligence, unprofessionalism, and outright arrogance is unacceptable. I strongly warn other parents not to trust Patna Domestic Solution with their children’s care.
