I am highly disappointed with the service provided by this maid agency. In 4 months of service, I have faced constant issues with the stability of the maids assigned. Not a single maid stayed for a reasonable duration, and each one left abruptly for various reasons – from personal issues to unclear communication from the agency itself. The frequent changes have caused significant inconvenience to my household. It’s frustrating to keep readjusting to new maids and re-explaining tasks every few weeks. The lack of consistency and poor reliability makes this service very unprofessional. I expected a more dependable and transparent service, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for stable, long-term domestic help.
