What was promised as a professional deep clean turned into a disastrous display of incompetence, poor hygiene, and verbal abuse. Substandard Service Quality The quality of work was non-existent. After the "cleaning" was supposedly finished, the bathrooms were still covered in visible stains and grime. It looked as though the staff had simply moved the dirt around rather than removing it. The handling of the fixtures was careless, and the overall hygiene standards were well below any acceptable professional level. Exploitation of Labor The primary reason for this failure seems to be the company's gross inefficiency and exploitation of their staff. I discovered that a single laborer was tasked with cleaning five full washrooms in one day. This is an impossible workload that leads to total exhaustion and poor results. It is clear that the management prioritizes profit over both the quality of service and the basic welfare of their workers. Abusive Management To make matters worse, the supervisor arrived significantly late for the final inspection. Instead of apologizing for the delay or addressing the poor state of the bathrooms, he was incredibly arrogant and hostile. When I pointed out the missed spots, he became physically intimidating and used foul, abusive language toward both me and the exhausted laborer. Summary of the Experience: * Hygiene: Filthy; left-out stains and poor handling. * Staffing: Overworked, inefficient, and clearly burnt out. * Management: Arrogant, late, and verbally abusive. I strongly advise anyone looking for professional cleaning to stay far away from this service. It is not just a waste of money; it is an environment of exploitation and unprofessionalism.

Contacted them yesterday for bathroom cleaning service. They came today with wonderful staff Mrs. Vijaya. She with no doubts tranformed the washrooms into something brand new. Absolutely loved the service and would recommend it 10/10. They had travelled all the way from gopalpatnam to lawsons bay colony to provide the service which shows their commitment towards the work. She is respectful and had done her job neatly. Was worth the money. Thank you Mrs. Vijaya for your hard work.
