Dear Dirt Blaster Team, I’m writing to express my disappointment with the deep cleaning service provided on 14th September 2025 for our 2.5 BHK flat. This was our second booking, and the experience was far below expectations. The workers seemed focused on finishing quickly rather than delivering quality. Despite instructions, they refused to remove the glass plates from the washroom window and ended up breaking one. Cobweb removal was incomplete, and many areas were missed unless pointed out repeatedly. The overall cleaning was unprofessional compared to our previous experience. I raised these concerns with Mr. Bhushan, who assured me someone would come to fix the issues—but no one has turned up till now. This lack of follow-through is disappointing and makes the service feel unreliable. We had to constantly supervise the work, and without that, the results would have been even worse. Additionally, the rates were increased while the quality noticeably declined. For instance, our dining chairs were only vacuumed this time, unlike the previous visit where they were cleaned with a solution that made a visible difference. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the gaps in service and accountability. Attaching pics.

Amazing experience with Dirt Blaster. The staff was very polite and didn't rush through the process. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms to perfection.
