I have booked and scheduled the time for cleaning through phone, but whole day I was waiting as they didn't turn up. They didn't inform and neither responded to my call for more than 7 to 8 times. Finally, I have to look for alternate option after being pissed off. So anyone booking the service try to have alternate option as they are least bothered about customer satisfaction.
I am happy with the service. Mr. Pradeep is very dedicated and the other guy was very humble.
